Lithium is a mineral used in meds for mood changes. Grey lithium is form of lithium quartz - a silvery grey. Powerful, but gentle. Calms and balances emotions. So, this one is great to keep near you for insomnia, general calm and assistance feeling a little better when you're feeling down. Usually Lithium shows up as a pink color, but these are a grey form of this mineral that isn't very common.
