These faceted freeform Rose Quartz also are definitely great gifts! Every crystal collection needs at least one (at least!) piece of rose quartz. If you're like me though, you give a lot of gifts to yourself LOL. You need one of these!
Frankly, in my silent meditation retreat, I noticed how aggravated my nervous system has been. How anxious I am and how brutally hard I can be on myself. Even while calmer than the prior decade, I found an even deeper calm. So, once of the things I'm doing to maintain a lower baseline that I got from the retreat is to sleep with a piece of Rose Quartz and a piece of Shungite. Yes. Right in the bed with me, not even on the bedside table. For right now, I'm keeping it simple. Rose Quartz is a perfect stone for anxiety. Pink aligns with our heart and who doesn't want to ease the heart and love themselves and others with strength and calm? That's what Rose Quartz is best for. Rose quartz is a type of silicate, just like clear quartz (the stuff that runs our computers). It's pink due to trace amounts of titanium, iron, or manganese. Rose Quartz is a classic and essential for your crystal collection. Being quarantined all these months, we find ourselves alone in ways that expose how poorly we treat ourselves. The shitty things we tell ourselves as we run from one meeting to the next become loud when we sit in silence. Would you ever talk to someone else the way you talk to yourself? Rose Quartz is my prescription for finding ease from self-flagellation. If you know anyone who's a connoisseur of self-criticism... drop one of these in their stocking.
