Buffalo Firefly is a Sound Healing Studio & Crystal Tones Singing Bowl Shop, founded by Mary-Lynne Williams. We are located on MacArthur Ave in Richmond VA & in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NYC. We offer reiki, meditation classes, soundbaths, breathwork and more.
Our NYC location is by appointment. In RVA, we have shop hours listed on Google, but feel free to send us a message if you are coming by the shop so that we can be sure that someone is here to help you.
