Buffalo Firefly is hosting Elena Alexis from 10am-2pm for Reiki & Sound 25-min Sessions. Appointments will be staggered throughout the day!

(25 Minute) Reiki & Sound $45

Whether you've experienced Reiki & Soundbaths before or not, this is a great way to experience a shorter session at a lower price, and to experience these services with Elena! Elena has trained as a Reiki Master w/Mary-Lynne & will begin seeing clients at Buffalo Firefly on 10/29! We are so excited! About Elena (she/her)

Elena creates ambient, beautiful and intentional spaces for comfort, peace and relaxation. She blends sound healing vibrations and reiki to advocate restoration of the natural flow of energy within the body, allowing for energetic realignment, recalibration, and the heightened potential to relieve stress and ease tension. Elena is a reiki master, sound healing practitioner, guide and facilitator. In her own life, she draws from years of formal and esoteric education, as well as professional experience ranging from fine arts to filmmaking to interior design. She has dedicated the past decade building a life in service to the development of her personal and transpersonal healing by way of research, immersive mentorship programs, multi-modality healing coursework and training, and self-study – all of which has illuminated her ever-evolving, conscious life path. She believes the finite world becomes as infinite as the inner soul led world of expansion through intentional action and deepened connection to heart and soul. Elena guides spaces of depth, attunement and uncontrived healing assisting you to reawaken heart and soul connection to your authentic life path.
