What to expect
Maile and Elena, both Sound & Reiki practitioners, hold space for healing through sound, Reiki, and intention setting. There is a full hour of sound and Reiki, with time to integrate and connect as a group before and after. Maile uses Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls, chimes and rain instruments to create the soundscape, while Elena offers healing through Tibetan metal singing bowls, drums, handpan and chimes. Each month one facilitates sound throughout the space while the other offers hands-on Reiki to each member of the group during the soundbath.
Good to know
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after.
In person: everything you need is provided (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers).
On Zoom: we recommend headphones for the best experience.
