Shipping policy

Orders placed will be shipped out during the following week during open hours (usually Tuesday thru Friday). Please allow us 2-5 days to process orders. You may receive a shipping notification after your label is printed, but this does not guarantee immediate packing or shipping. We are a small shop and it can take a few days when there is a huge influx in orders.

If we are shipping an item more than the cost of the default amount of shipping insurance (when applicable - usually around $100). You are responsible to reach out to us for additional insurance quotes to be sure your purchase is fully insured.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! 

Our shipping system automatically calculates international shipping charges, but occasionally additional fees may apply. If the automatically calculated shipping cost is insufficient, you may be invoiced separately for the remaining fees.

When shipping internationally, you may also be charged separately for customs/import fees by your country of residence. Buffalo Firefly is not responsible for any additional customs charges when shipping internationally. 

Missing or stolen packages

Buffalo Firefly is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate any stolen or lost items from USPS or any international carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost, damaged or stolen, a claim can be filed directly with the shipping provider.
