Sacred Resonance

In this soundbath, Maile (they/she) uses Crystal Tones® Alchemy singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments to build a soundscape that holds space for a mindful, meditative presence. Sound vibrations move through the room, shifting energy to bring peace to the body and space for inner healing. There’s a full hour of sound, with time to integrate and connect as a group before and after.

Vibrations move through water in the body five times faster than through the air, helping stimulate circulation, ease muscle relaxation, and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

Maile is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 500, Pranayama Breathwork guide, and Sound & Reiki practitioner. Maile is passionate about integrating mindfulness meditations into daily life both on and off the mat — believing these modalities of healing extend into all aspects of our being and connect us deeper to ourselves and the world around us.
