Buffalo Firefly is a sound healing center with studios in Richmond, VA and Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We offer sound, energy, and meditative practices that help you slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with your own intuition and sense of presence.

Mary-Lynne Williams is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher who founded Buffalo Firefly in 2019. What started as her own practice now runs out of two studios, one in Richmond and one in Brooklyn, and holds one of the country's largest collections of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
