This class is a vinyasa style, slower flow class focusing on foundational poses with options to modify or adapt based on each person’s body and ability. Ashley’s teaching style is inclusive and casual, encouraging community and laughter while also finding movement and stress relief. Beginners and regular yoga practitioners alike are welcome!

Classes are offered both in-person in Richmond VA and virtually on Zoom. We have space for a limited number of people in person and plenty of spots online! If you would like to be in person and we appear sold out, please contact us.

Sliding scale pricing means that we are offering the same experience in a class, event, or session at multiple price points. Learn more about our sliding scale model here. Choose the price tier that best fits your financial needs at this time, based on your income level and circumstances.

Once you reach the payment screen, click "Package, gift, or coupon code" if using the Community or Accessible Rate. Copy/paste or type the appropriate code in the box and be sure to click "APPLY" before checking out. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

About Ashley (she/her)

Ashley is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT200, who was first drawn to the practice of yoga after a 4-week body positive yoga workshop. She felt called to pursue her yoga teacher certification wanting to see herself better represented in the community and now teaches classes part-time.

Ashley’s passion is to create a space for people to feel included and have the opportunity to explore movement that works for their body and worry less about “getting it right”. Therefore, she offers an inclusive, all levels, slow flow class. All genders, body types, and abilities welcome! LGBTIQA+
