Mary-Lynne is the CEO & Founder of Buffalo Firefly, an energy wellness company whose core mission is to bring powerful sound and energy-medicine practices to the masses — to recalibrate and elevate nervous-system regulation around the world. We have a Sound Healing Center in Richmond, VA and another in NYC in the thriving community of Greenpoint, alongside sound-healing-instrument showrooms featuring one of the largest inventories of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls in the world.

Mary-Lynne is a Sound Healing Facilitator & Teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher, an Akashic Records Practitioner, and a Mindfulness Meditation Practitioner & Teacher. She believes her clients have everything they need inside themselves to heal and grow, and her sweet spot is helping you identify your own intuition, learn about your body’s energy, and manage your soul’s frequency through meditation, mindfulness, sound, and energy awareness.

Before this work, she spent over two decades in the tech industry as a product design leader — including roles at Microsoft, Meta, and Zillow — shaping complex digital products, leading teams, and working at the intersection of systems thinking, user experience, and human behavior. Her career was successful by every external measure, yet over time she recognized a growing disconnect between the work she was doing and the way she wanted to live in her purpose.

Her story isn’t about leaving ambition behind, but about redefining success — trusting discernment, and choosing work that feels sustainable intellectually, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Buffalo Firefly was born from a desire to do more for individuals than she could in her leadership positions, in the belief that everything in your journey comes from your own inner knowing and a healthy flow of energy in your body.
