What to expect

Past Life Regression is a wonderful and intuitive way to explore the depths of our unconscious through guided hypnosis. This workshop is an introduction to a modern take on past life regression and its uses as a form of self-exploration and therapy, and an opportunity to experience the benefits of this fascinating, healing approach first hand. Built on the idea that our souls carry experiences, lessons, and connections from many lives, it uses hypnosis and guided imagery to uncover unresolved issues, lingering fears, and repeating patterns that may influence the present.

During this group experience you’ll be guided to examine how the past-life experience resonates with you, here and now, and how the insight it creates can enrich present-day life and re-imagine the future. Maile creates the soundscape using Crystal Tones® Alchemy bowls, chimes, and rain instruments to deepen relaxation and hold space for healing throughout. Everyone is welcome; no experience required.
