What to expect

Join Mary-Lynne Williams, founder of Buffalo Firefly and a Crystal Tones® Partner, for her Level 1 Sound Training. She brings her expertise in energy work, meditation, sound healing, music theory, and crystals to this Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl training. It’s specifically for crystal singing bowls, though you may bring other instruments to learn how to integrate them. You’ll receive a certificate of completion.

Mary-Lynne’s method integrates attunements to higher vibrational energies with a skilled, intuitive ear, music theory, and channeled intentions. A certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, and Akashic Records Teacher, she is also a crystal expert and channeler who will help you listen to the alchemical elements of your bowls to work best with what they offer.

Each day begins with a soundbath and attunement. Saturday’s attunement amplifies your intuition and listening skills; Sunday’s activates your solar plexus (confidence), heart (connecting with participants), and throat (your voice as a facilitator) — aimed at breaking through imposter syndrome so you can blossom as a practitioner.

Good to know

Day 0 (Fri): optional bowl consultations, 10–6 — build or add to your set from our inventory of nearly 500 Crystal Tones® bowls.

Day 1 (Sat): opening soundbath & attunement, energy healing and intentions, alchemies & crystal energy, fundamental music theory, playing techniques, and hands-on practice.

Day 2 (Sun): how to facilitate soundbaths and 1:1 sessions start to finish, group practice, and closing with your certificate of completion.

In person only at our Greenpoint, Brooklyn studio. Bring your Alchemy bowls or use ours. Enrolled students receive 5% off 3 or more bowls purchased on the day or weekend of the training.

Cancellation: Your registration is non-refundable but fully transferable — move to a future cohort or send someone in your place anytime. Each cohort confirms once it reaches its minimum, and we’ll email you to confirm before you make any travel plans; if a cohort doesn’t fill, we’ll move you to the next one or issue store credit (cash refund on request).
