USUI REIKI LEVEL I & II TRAINING WEEKEND w/ Maile Paek In-Person only in Richmond, VA. This two-day immersive training explores the healing practice of Usui Reiki. This Japanese energy work practice cultivates a deeper connection with yourself, your intuition and intentions through working with the universal life force energy that lives within all of us.

The Course includes:

-The history and traditions of the Japanese Healing Art of Usui Reiki, originated by Mikao Usui.
-A primer on energy and how it shows up in the world and in your body.
-How Reiki works and what it can be used for.
-Basics of your body's bio-magnetic field (aura) and energetic centers (chakras).
-Basics of the body's anatomy.
-Skills in grounding, centering and protecting yourself from energies that affect your vibe.
-Principals of Reiki.
-Hand-positions for practicing Reiki on yourself.
-Attunement Ceremony to the Reiki Energy - this occurs during class. Each person meditates quietly while I follow steps to infuse you with reiki to, in a way calibrate you to the energy that will be flowing through you.

Meet Maile (they/she): Maile is a Sound and Reiki Master Practitioner, Yoga Alliance RYT 500, Pranayama Breathwork Guide Their work is rooted in creating compassionate, grounding spaces where clients can experience deep rest, renewal, clarity, and harmony within the body and mind.

For over three years, Maile has offered one-on-one Reiki sessions that thoughtfully weave together Reiki, sound healing, and intentional integration before and after each session. Their approach is heart-centered, intuitive, and focused on supporting each person's unique healing journey.

Maile completed their Usui Ryoho Reiki training through the Master Practitioner level and continues to deepen and expand their practice through ongoing study and personal exploration. They are passionate about making Reiki accessible, empowering students to trust their intuition, and offer energy healing to themselves and others.
