Infinite Possibilities is built on a simple premise. The present moment is where all your possibilities exist, and most of us are too busy, too tired, or too tightly wound to feel them. A soundbath drops you out of that loop for 75 minutes and gives your nervous system enough room to dream up what could be available to you. Sometimes the answers that surface are practical. Sometimes they're stranger and bigger than what you would have allowed yourself on a normal Tuesday.
On the afternoon of June 9, Venus and Jupiter meet in Cancer, the sign where Jupiter does his best work. Jupiter has been moving through Cancer for the past year and leaves at the end of June, not to return for over a decade. In Western astrological tradition, Jupiter is the planet of expansion and good fortune, and Cancer is the sign that knows how to receive, hold, and nourish. Astrologers note that the cardinal signs feel this most (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn), and everyone else is welcome to the resonance.
The 75-minute soundbath is with our founder Mary-Lynne at Buffalo Firefly's Brooklyn studio, tucked away inside an unsuspecting artist loft building on Nassau Avenue. You walk in expecting nothing and find a bright white room with an arched window and a wall of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls. The same bowls that sound facilitators travel here to train on and buy. Mary-Lynne facilitates the soundbath and runs the education program for facilitators in training.
We set the room up the way a soundbath should actually feel. Brooklyn-made Walden Journey mats, a buckwheat pillow under your head, a weighted eye mask with a trace of lavender, blankets if you want one. Not a yoga mat on a hard floor. Come straight from work, we have the rest.
Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body 5x faster than through the air. When this happens, it helps stimulate circulation to allow muscle relaxation and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after. If you are attending in-person, everything you need will be provided for you (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers).

ABOUT MARY-LYNNE
Mary-Lynne is a retired Tech Industry Design Leader and the founder of Buffalo Firefly. She lived in NYC from 1995 to 2009 and Seattle from 2009 to 2021, leading teams at design agencies as well as Microsoft, Facebook, & Zillow in Seattle. The corporate scene for her left a physical, mental & spiritual deficit, eventually leading her to the power of energy & sound healing. Her passion for the magic of these modalities led her to retire and start Buffalo Firefly which has been around since 2019. We moved into a Healing Center in Richmond, VA in 2022 that she renovated and built into a thriving community - We are now also in Greenpoint, Brooklyn as of August 2025.
