Elena Alexis is a multi-modal healing arts practitioner and ceremonialist. She facilitates transformational offerings including reiki and sound healing to refresh the mind, rejuvenate the spirit and restore the body back to its precious homeostasis.

With reverence to life, Elena is devout to a personal responsibility of ongoingly restoring her overall health after surviving a fatal accident that ruptured her cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral spine. Since then, rehabilitation rooted in holistic healing education and practice continue to revitalize her being and alchemically heal her physical and emotional health. Her lived experience and testimony illuminates the body’s ability to heal.

Elena has dedicated the last decade of her life to holistic health by way of personal and transpersonal restorative care, immersive circle work, self-study, mentorship and shamanic healing retreats. She has delved deeply into vipassana meditation, herbal medicine, Usui reiki, traditional sound healing, Kemetic yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Cha Dao (the way of tea), menstrual education, matrilineal heritage and postpartum awareness.

Elena guides spaces of depth for relaxation, attunement, uncontrived healing and refined self-discovery. The essence of her work is grounded in grace and the steadying pulse of connection. She is inspired by a natural affinity for equanimity – for one self, for the collective and for the earth.
