Among her many facets, Elena Alexis is a sound healing practitioner, reiki master, poet, ceremonialist, menstrual educator and postpartum doula. She began practicing within the healing arts over a decade ago and has since dedicated herself to personal and transpersonal healing. Her Afro-Filipino lineage specific to herbology and land stewardship connect her to nature. While training in menstrual education, postpartum, ancient Kemetics, Greek and Eastern traditions including yoga, Usui Reiki, Cha Dao – the way of tea and instrumental sound healing connect her to her inner landscape. Research within these modalities, meditation and conscious self-study continuum ignite her passion to create intentional spaces for comfort, relaxation and uncontrived healing.

A sound healing and reiki session facilitated by Elena Alexis is a thoughtfully curated immersion of healing vibrations and the invitation into stillness, rest and restorative self care. Reiki energy promotes energetic equilibrium, mind, body, spirit attunement and the easing of tension. The combination of sound and reiki together advocate a deepened sense of awareness, clarity and self-discovery.
