About Us 

 

The mission of Buffalo Firefly is to help people find their own voice & a sense of peace in the midst of a world that demands they be something else — to help them slow down and be in the present moment. Buffalo represents the earth element and grounding. Firefly represents brightness, energy and delight.

 

Mary-Lynne Williams (she/they) is the founder of Buffalo Firefly Wellness. She founded the company in 2019 after spending 23 years in the tech industry as a Design Director, leading teams at companies such as Microsoft, Facebook and Zillow. She is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Career & Life Coach, Sound Therapist, Reiki Practitioner/Teacher, and Speaker.

Buffalo Firefly offers energy work, meditation classes, sound baths, yoga, acupuncture and more. The associated retail shop offers high quality healing crystals, crystal alchemy singing bowls, books, tarot decks, aromatherapy and organic, non-toxic body products. We also host a number of licensed, well-established wellness practitioners such as massage therapists, reiki practitioners, acupuncturists, and yoga teachers. We welcome all beings on a path to equanimity.

 

The available rental spaces are newly renovated and furnished. Our treatment rooms are perfect for a reiki or healing arts practitioner, shaman, astrologer, massage therapist, naturopath, acupuncturist, or someone looking for a place to see clients for their holistic wellness practice. We rent the space by a per-session rate, a daily rate, or a month-to-month rate.
