About Maile 마일리 (they/she)

Maile 마일리 (they/she) is a Sound and Reiki Master Practitioner, Yoga Alliance certified RYT 500, Pranayama Breathwork guide, and our Studio Coordinator at Buffalo Firefly. Their offerings are an extension of their heart — a hope to offer space for clients to find rest, renewal, clarity, and harmony within body and mind. Their 1:1 sessions blend sound and reiki, with time before and after to integrate and connect. They completed their Usui Ryoho Reiki training through the Master level and continue to explore and expand their practice with the intention of supporting others.

You may have joined their Embodied Movement Sound class on Sunday mornings, Full Moon Yoga + Sound, or Community Soundbaths. Maile’s offerings emphasize body and breath awareness, combining traditional yogic principles, sound healing, and energy work to leave students feeling more in tune with body and spirit. Outside of their teachings, Maile enjoys mushroom hunting and spending time down by the river with her cat Bean.
