Usui Reiki 3 / Reiki Master Class: What to Expect
I've chosen to write a post to detail the Reiki Master Program I offer rather than placing all of this detail on the Classes page. I want you to know exactly what to expect.
Reiki 1 and 2 are both classes that occur in a period of 1 week. However with Reiki Master, I feel the practice and percolating of lessons across a period of a couple months is the best way to learn. I also believe access to your teacher is extremely important and the contract of that availability should be clear upon signing up, so I will share what's included below in detail. If you have any questions, let me know. I am here for you!
You'll find any upcoming trainings on the Classes & Events page. If you don't see a time that works for you, let me know!
I do offer Reiki Master training to students who trained in Usui Reiki 1 & 2 with other teachers and I welcome anyone! ANYONE! As long as you have a certificate in Reiki 1 & 2 from another Teacher. I want to share this gift with everyone because I've seen how it's changed my life as well as my other students.
The training will expand upon your Reiki 1 & 2 training in ways that other instructors do not. Here are a few distinctions.
- I have done low cost trainings online and there is a lack of attention given by the teacher (often just slides or a video here and there). Academically, the learning is fine. But experientially, I don't think it's enough to have a truly rich learning & healing experience. You'll meet me and work with me "in person" on Zoom. I teach live and I adapt the teachings to the group attending as needed.
- The nuances of the practice are often left unanswered, the support of a loving teacher in an ongoing capacity is typically not available. I am available to you throughout the program and each student gets a free mentor session. Mentor sessions are also available for a fee when the class ends.
- There is often no organized way of learning with a community. Practicing with others has been the greatest gift I have received in my own Reiki Training, so my intention is to also give you the community to do that with myself and the other students I have taught. You'll have plenty of practice time and personal connection with other students in my programs.
- Additionally, in the days of a global pandemic, distance healing is far more prevalent, but in many reiki teachings, this work is limited to a paragraph or two. I teach distance reiki in detail in my courses.
Below is a rough agenda for how the Reiki Master program looks (keeping in mind, that sometimes I move topics from one week to another). Review the class page for dates for any upcoming classes.
