COMMUNITY SOUNDBATH w/Maile Paek (they/she) — Next Date TBA 6:30pm ET

**This is a community, donation-based soundbath. We encourage donations of $10-$40 to support the practioner and the continuation of more community offerings at Buffalo Firefly.

This community soundbath experience invites us to tune our awareness into how our energy is physically and sonically impacted by our connections to each other and the elements.

In this soundbath, Maile (they/she) will use frosted crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments to build a soundscape with the intention to provide a space that encourages a mindful and meditative presence for all. Sound vibrations will flow throughout the space moving different energies throughout the room to bring peace to the physical body and provide space for inner healing. There will be a full hour of sound and time to integrate and connect as a group before and after.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after. If you are attending in-person, everything you need will be provided for you (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers). If you are joining us virtually, we recommend using headphones for the best experience.

Soundbaths are offered both in-person in Richmond VA and virtually on Zoom. We have space for a limited number of people in person and plenty of spots online! If you would like to be in person and we appear sold out, please contact us.
