What to expect

Join Merisa for a breathwork experience concluding with a Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowl soundbath. Transformative breathwork is an active breathing practice designed to shift awareness out of the mind and into the body. This three-part breathing pattern gently calms the mind while supporting the release of stagnant energy and stored emotions often held within the body. As this energy is released, many people leave the session feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Each session includes discussion and intention setting, followed by 30 minutes of active breathing, and concludes with deep rest and integration through sound. The soundbath amplifies your state of relaxation, allowing body and mind to float deeper into the parasympathetic state of deep rest. Breathwork is ideal for anyone seeking to release stress, process emotions, and move forward on their personal healing journey.
