This immersive sound healing experience is designed to support energetic activation, release, and inner alignment as you move through the portal.

We begin with a grounding ritual to settle the body and quiet the mind, clearing stagnant energy and creating space for stillness. Elena then guides you into a sacred sound journey using Crystal Tones® Alchemy singing bowls, chime instruments, and her handpan. The harmonic frequencies move through the body and the space, helping regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and support emotional release.

Each sound wave is an invitation to return to yourself — centered, open, and aligned with the rhythm of the season. This offering includes a full hour of sound, with time to ground, reflect, and connect in community before and after.

Elena Alexis is a multi-modal healing arts practitioner, mindfulness guide, and ceremonialist, guided by a natural affinity for equanimity — for herself, the individual, and the collective. She is a certified Yoga Alliance RYT 200, Usui Reiki Master, Tibetan Sound Healing practitioner, and Intuitive Spatial Designer. Through these art forms, Elena offers energetic nourishment that supports cellular restoration while inviting calm within the nervous system.

Over the past decade, Elena has devoted her life’s work to holistic health, integrating personal and transpersonal healing, restorative care, yogic embodiment practices, immersive circle work, self-study, mentorship, and land stewardship. Her work is further informed by a five-year course of study within a Greek-based Shamanism school, from which she draws a grounded palette of shamanic healing techniques.
