As the season turns and the natural world begins to slow, we are invited to root down, release, and realign. This meditative sound healing experience is designed to support grounding, energetic clearing, and deep inner connection during this transitional time.

We begin with a grounding ritual to settle the body and quiet the mind—clearing stagnant energy and creating space for stillness. Maile will guide you into a sacred sound journey using Crystal Tones® Alchemy singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments. Sound healing works on a vibrational level, helping to regulate the nervous system, calm the mind, and support emotional release. The harmonic frequencies move through the body and the space, inviting deep relaxation, clarity, and restoration.

Each sound wave is a sacred invitation to return to yourself—centered, open, and aligned with the rhythm of the season. This offering includes a full hour of sound, with time to ground, reflect, and connect in community before and after the experience.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after. Everything you need will be provided for you (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers).

Soundbaths are offered in-person in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn NYC Studio. We have space for a limited number of people in person. If you would like to join and we appear sold out, please contact us to join the waiting list.

Maile is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 500, Pranayama Breathwork guide, and Sound & Reiki practitioner.
