What to expect
Soul retrieval is a shamanic practice to restore pieces of the soul that may have been lost due to trauma, grief, or difficult life events. When we experience heartbreak and pain, parts of our essence can become disconnected as a survival mechanism. This practice invites those lost pieces back home, helping you regain wholeness, revitalized energy and clarity.
In this ceremony you will be guided in a meditative journey with immersive sound healing to reclaim the fragmented pieces of you. Restorative vibrations from the Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and shamanic drums will be your ally so that you are energetically supported throughout the experience. At the conclusion of the journey we’ll take time for integration so that you can receive the gifts of this powerful practice.
