EMBODIED ELEMENTS SOUNDBATH w/Neha "Ney" Sharma —Sunday, February 22nd 6pm
$55

Join Neha on the last Sunday of each month.

Embodied Elements is a sound journey inspired by the Pancha Mahabhutas (5 Elements according to Ayurveda) — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — the foundational elements that make up all of life, including you. Through intentional sound, vibration, and guided awareness, Neha invites you to experience the elements within your body. The steadiness of Earth in your bones. The fluidity of Water in your emotions. The transformative heat of Fire in your will. The lightness of Air in your lungs. The spaciousness of Ether in your spirit. As each element is explored, you’ll be guided to notice where it lives within you — where it flows freely, where it feels blocked, and where it asks for attention or balance. This is an invitation to reconnect with your own inner ecology, honoring the wisdom of the body as a mirror of the natural world. This is a practice of remembering that you are not separate from nature, but an expression of it.

Neha will create the soundscape using Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls®, chimes, ocean drums, bells, and gongs intended to have you feeling more whole, aligned, and deeply embodied. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water for hydration. Mats, blankets, and eye covers will be provided. No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is needed — simply come ready to rest and receive.

Expect deep rest, spacious frequencies, and gentle renewal. Neha will create the soundscape using Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls®, combined with chimes, ocean drums, bells, and gongs, to help you step into the liminal doorway where the old dissolves and new intentions begin to take shape.

About Neha "Ney" (she/her)

Neha “Ney” Sharma is a yoga teacher (ERYT 500, YACEP), Usui Reiki practitioner, wellness guide, and sound healer devoted to bringing depth, authenticity, and intention to her offerings. With an academic foundation in health sciences and over 1,300 hours of yoga training across the globe, she specializes in guiding others into deep states of reconnection, rejuvenation, and rest. She is also currently training as a NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor.

Introduced to yoga alongside classical dance by her mother at age four, Neha’s practice evolved from creative movement into a transformative path of healing. Music has also been a lifelong source of joyful expression — having learned several instruments including cello, clarinet, piano, guitar, and her own voice — sonic and kinesthetic medicine are core threads of her identity. Over the past decade, she has found her calling in weaving together ancient wisdom, multimodal healing arts and sciences, and modern wellness practices. Forever crystal- and cosmically-curious, she is also a freelance creative project manager, model, writer, and proud snake mom.

Neha completed her Akashic-attuned sound training under Mary-Lynne at Buffalo Firefly NYC. Her soundbaths incorporate Crystal Tones® singing bowls and Reiki-tuned vibration, holding sacred space for inner stillness and expansion. She sees every sound journey as an invitation — to listen, to feel, and to rediscover your own harmony.

What to expect

Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body 5x faster than through the air. When this happens, it helps stimulate circulation to allow muscle relaxation and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after. Everything you need will be provided for you (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers).

Soundbaths are offered in-person in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn NYC Studio. We have space for a limited number of people in person. If you would like to join and we appear sold out, please contact us to join the waiting list
