Embodied Elements

What to expect
Embodied Elements is a sound journey inspired by the Pancha Mahabhutas (the five elements according to Ayurveda): earth, water, fire, air, and ether, the foundational elements that make up all of life, including you. Through intentional sound, vibration, and guided awareness, Neha invites you to experience the elements within your body: the steadiness of earth in your bones, the fluidity of water in your emotions, the transformative heat of fire in your will, the lightness of air in your lungs, the spaciousness of ether in your spirit.
As each element is explored, you’ll be guided to notice where it lives within you, where it flows freely, where it feels blocked, and where it asks for attention or balance. This is an invitation to reconnect with your own inner ecology, honoring the wisdom of the body as a mirror of the natural world, remembering that you are not separate from nature but an expression of it.
Neha creates the soundscape using Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls®, chimes, ocean drums, bells, and gongs, intended to leave you feeling more whole, aligned, and deeply embodied. Expect deep rest, spacious frequencies, and gentle renewal.
Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body five times faster than through the air, helping stimulate circulation, ease muscle relaxation, and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.
