What’s already in your set
You are building toward a C major scale (C, D, E, F, G, A, B). With the F-20 Yagna you found, you now have the C, E, F, G and A, leaving just D and B to complete it.
Here is what you can already play with what you own:
- Major chords: C major (C, E, G); F major (F, A, C).
- Minor chord: A minor (A, C, E).
- Nearly a pentatonic: one note (D) from a full C major pentatonic (C, D, E, G, A).
Your set is tuned deep, roughly -20 to -45 (the abalone labels -25 but measures -30, and the Yagna is up at -20). So your next bowls can land anywhere from -20 to -45.

B — the last bowl you need
B finishes your reach toward a C major scale. The 7-inch B-45 (Black Tourmaline) is a 4th octave, right in your set’s octave; the 10-inch options are 3rd octave, a deeper, grounding low B beneath your set.
D — to complete your C major pentatonic
D is the one note between you and a full C major pentatonic (C, D, E, G, A). Here are the Ds we have in your tuning, for whenever you want it.
A deeper G — an octave below your Abalone
A gorgeous 10-inch G-25 (Mt. Shasta Serpentine), a full octave below your 8-inch Abalone G and right in your tuning. A deep, grounding low G.
A deeper A — an octave below your 6-inch
These 3rd-octave A’s are a full octave below your 6-inch A, and give your A minor chord (A, C, E) a deep root underneath.
A SuperGrade — a deep anchor
Big 18-inch, 2nd-octave SuperGrades in your notes. They measure around -15, a touch above your set, but a bowl this deep masks the cents, so listen by ear against your bowls. The 18" D would also hand you the D that completes your C major pentatonic (C, D, E, G, A).
