Experience a transformative evening of breath and sound. This class begins with about 15 minutes of powerful breathwork, done while lying down, to help shift and release stuck emotions and limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. Free yourself from the weight of stagnant energy, creating space for inner peace and healing.

After the breathwork, you will be guided through a short meditation and soothing sound journey with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® and other sound healing instruments. The sound bath will help you integrate the effects of the breathwork, bringing your mind and body into a deeply relaxed state.

Whether you're new or experienced, this practice will leave you feeling lighter, renewed and ready to move forward. No prior experience necessary—just bring yourself and an open heart.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after. Everything you need will be provided for you (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers).
