What to expect

Basia’s signature Nervous System Attunement Immersion: tune your body, calm your mind, reclaim your power. Feeling stuck in stress, burnout, or nervous system overload? This 4-week journey is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and come back to your center with the power of sound, breath, and presence — building capacity, calm, and clarity.

Across four weekly immersive sessions you’ll learn easy tools to regulate your nervous system, practice heart–mind coherence and breath awareness, melt into therapeutic soundscapes, and release stress, tension, and emotional build-up. Reset, rewire, restore. No experience needed — just a body and an open mind.

Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body five times faster than through the air, helping stimulate circulation, ease muscle relaxation, and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.
