What to expect

In this immersive sound bath, Kate creates a healing atmosphere designed to calm the nervous system, soften the body, and invite the restoration of natural harmony throughout the whole being. The experience begins with gentle vocal guidance, inviting you to open your own voice and attune to the space before settling into deep listening and rest.

Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls, tuning forks, shruti box, and Kate’s voice weave together a rich, enveloping soundscape. You’re invited to simply lie down, rest, and receive, allowing sound and voice to guide you into deep relaxation, inner coherence, and a renewed sense of connection.

Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body five times faster than through the air, helping stimulate circulation, ease muscle relaxation, and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

About Kate (she/her)

Kate Schofield is a sound healing artist who has worked with some of the world’s leading artists and creatives. With more than a decade of embodied training, her work focuses on creating healing atmospheres that invite people to reconnect with themselves and attune to their own inner resonance through sound, ritual, vibration, and deep rest.

She is the creator of The Earth’s Hum tuning forks — tools designed for the modern mystic that offer ancient wisdom in a contemporary form. The Earth’s Hum tuning forks have been featured in Ariana Grande’s music video for Yes, And? and included in official Academy Awards nominee gift bags. At the heart of Kate’s work is a belief that cultural change is possible when people are supported in reconnecting with their bodies, their creativity, and their inner wisdom.
