What to expect

In this soundbath, Kayci uses crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments to build a soundscape that encourages rest and relaxation for all. Sound vibrations move through the room, shifting energy and making space for inner healing. There’s a full hour of sound, with time to integrate and connect as a group before and after.

Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body five times faster than through the air, helping stimulate circulation, ease muscle relaxation, and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

About Kayci (she/her)

Kayci is a sound healing practitioner whose work is supported and deepened by her training in Usui Ryoho Reiki, blending both practices to create restorative, heart-centered healing experiences. She is in the final stages of completing her sound healing certification with Michelle Berc of Sonic Being — a program accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA) — and is certified as a Reiki II practitioner under Mary-Lynne of Buffalo Firefly. Kayci is also the Studio Assistant at Buffalo Firefly.

After nearly a decade in the fashion industry, Kayci made a transformative decision to step away and begin the deep inner work of recovery and healing, driven by personal experiences of corporate burnout, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Sound and energy work became powerful allies on her journey, supporting her in finding balance, calm, and connection.

She offers 1:1 Reiki and sound healing sessions, group soundbath experiences, and a Reformer Stretch & Sound class at a local Pilates studio. Currently pursuing a degree in social work and mental health counseling, Kayci brings a trauma-informed, intuitive lens to her practice. Outside the studio, you’ll find her tending her garden, learning the violin, or spending time with her dogs Stella and Arlo, her cat Zeta, and her axolotl Fred.
