WHERE RIVERS REST SOUNDBATH w/Merisa of House of Undine — Friday, October 3rd at 7pm
$55

Join Merisa, guest facilitator from our Richmond location for a restful, restorative soundbath. Get into a meditative state in a safe and soothing atmosphere. Merisa plays Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® in her soundbaths with incredibly pure and powerful tones. The soundbath amplifies your state of relaxation allows the body and mind to float deeper into its parasympathetic state during deep rest.

A meditative autumn soundbath of flowing stillness and quiet renewal As late September unfolds and the equinox lingers in the air, Where Rivers Rest invites you to settle into the calm of autumn waters. Imagine a secluded creek at twilight—golden leaves drifting, water slowing after summer’s rush, and the quiet hush of nature preparing for rest. The instruments used will weave a soundscape that feels like a river exhaling into stillness. You’ll be guided to:

  • Ground in earth’s steady rhythms while releasing the urgency of long summer days
  • Flow inward with the gentle current of breath and intention
  • Enter deep restoration as body and spirit synchronize with the season’s quiet grace

Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body 5x faster than through the air. When this happens, it helps stimulate circulation to allow muscle relaxation and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate after. If you are attending in-person, everything you need will be provided for you (mats to lie on, blankets, and eye covers).
