What to expect

Release is both a practice and an art — a quiet softening that lets what’s held in the body, mind, and spirit unwind and eventually transform. In this immersive sound meditation, soothing tones from alchemy crystal bowls create a spacious field where tension can dissolve and the nervous system can recalibrate. Guided by intention and acoustic resonance, this journey invites you to surrender into deep rest and allow old patterns, physical holding, and emotional weight to gently melt away.

In this soundbath, Samer uses Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls, gongs, chimes, other instruments, and voice to build a soundscape that holds space for a mindful, meditative presence. Sound vibrations move through the room, bringing peace to the body and making space for inner healing. There’s a full hour of sound, with time to integrate and connect as a group before and after.

Sound healing with Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls® is a unique and memorable experience. The tones are incredibly pure and powerful. Vibrations move through water in the body five times faster than through the air, helping stimulate circulation, ease muscle relaxation, and improve lymphatic flow. Sound healing has been found to reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue.
