What’s already in your set
These are the four bowls we know about. If you have others, tell us and we will add them.
You have a D#, an E and two Fs, from -20 to 0. They do not make a chord on their own. I assume you have other notes, so some of these recommendations might not work for you.
Your E and D# are two of the four notes of an E major 7 (E, G#, B, D#). A G# and a B finish it. Your F and E are two of the four notes of an F major 7 (F, A, C, E). An A and a C finish that one.
Your new 8" D+35 Black Tourmaline is +35, so it is separate from this set. Is it the start of a second tuning, or a binaural with a D you already have?
Grow your set
Everything here is between -25 and 0, so it stays inside your set. Two routes, and you can take either one.
SuperGrades
You already have the 13 inch SuperGrade Temple, so here are the others in your range. The F-15 is your own F and the D#-10 is your own D#. All three are 18 inch, 2nd octave, well below your set. A bowl this deep masks its cents, so listen to them next to yours and decide by ear.
G#
Add G# to your E and your D# and you have two thirds of an E major 7 (E, G#, B, D#). Add B and it is complete. All four are in your tuning.
B
B finishes the E major 7 (E, G#, B, D#) once G# is in. All three are 3rd octave, the same octave as most of your set.
A
Add A to your F and your E and you have two thirds of an F major 7 (F, A, C, E). Add C and it is complete.
C
C finishes the F major 7 (F, A, C, E) once A is in. Both measure -15, right in the middle of your set.
Pyramids, tuning forks and mini practitioners
These are outside your usual range. Cents matter much less on a pyramid or a fork than on a bowl, so I have shown you all of them.
If you build on the D+35
A is a fifth above your D. Add F# and you have D major; F instead gives you D minor. G and B together make G major (G, B, D). C on top of either third gives you the seventh.
