Your two tunings
Your bowls fall into two tunings. Your negative set (-15 to -35) covers eleven of the twelve notes, missing only C, so it is nearly a complete chromatic scale. Your positive set (+15 to +40) covers ten, missing E and A#. The SuperGrades below sit in both: the 18" D-15 and 18" F-15 are octaves beneath your negative set, and the 16" A#+15 fills the A# your positive set is missing.

Complete your negative set
Your negative set has eleven of twelve notes. C in the same tuning makes it a complete chromatic scale. These span more than 20 cents, so choose ones within 20 cents of each other so they blend.

Your positive set is missing E and A#. Either one fills in more of the scale.

Other minis, forks, and pyramids in your tuning
Dragonfly mallets
These are great for chiming your smaller bowls, especially the 6-inch ones. One pulls a softer overtone, the other a brighter one. I use a pair of each of the inviter mallets, but one of each is also doable.
